Step-by-Step Ordering Instructions
- Shop the site for the product you want.
- Select the item by clicking on the associated Buy Now or Add to Cart button.
- Update the quantity by entering the desired amount in the box
labeled QTY and clicking the "Update Quantity" link.
- If you need to remove any items, click the check box under the "Remove" link
and click "Update Quantity".
- Next, click "Keep Shopping" or "Back" if you want to continue to shop.
If you're ready to checkout, click "Checkout". If prompted, enter your
email address and password.
- Enter your billing and shipping information and select "Continue".
- Enter your desired shipping method and select "Continue".
- Enter your credit card or payment information, confirm your order information
and select "Place your Order" to complete your order.
- Print and save your receipt upon completion of your order. An
email copy of your receipt will also be sent to you.
Your Receipt
You may access your receipt for any order by visiting the
Order Tracking page.
After entering your login id and password, click on any of the orders
located in the column titled "Order #".
Product Availability
We will do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as
possible. When you place an order, we will send you an email confirming
our receipt of your order. The order will then be sent to our warehouse
to check on stock availability. Due to the popularity of some of the
items, we may not always have an item in stock. If
the item is temporarily out of stock, another email will be sent advising
you of the order status and whether or not it is available for backorder.
At this time, you can choose to cancel your order or leave the item
on backorder. Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships.
Once the item ships, a shipment confirmation email will be sent to
you and will provide carrier tracking numbers when available.
Delivery Information
Orders placed before 1:00pm (Mountain Time) for products that are in stock will
generally be processed and shipped the same day, providing all Credit
Card information is validated. Orders placed after 1:00pm (Mountain Time) and on
weekends will be processed the following business day. Please allow
5-7 business days for delivery of in stock merchandise.
Rush delivery (Next Day and Two Day Air) is available for an additional
charge. When checking out, please select the desired shipping time and
also review the additional cost that will be incurred to ship your item.
If there is any difficulty processing your order due to credit card
information, address clarification, etc. we may need to contact you.
This could delay your shipment and impact rush delivery requests.
International Orders
For product shipments to addresses outside the United States, its
territories and Canada, please Contact Us.
MasterCard and Visa are the only forms of payment accepted
for overseas orders. Any duties, tariffs or broker fees are not included
in the order amount and will be collected by the shipper upon delivery.
Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please continue
to check our store site for future advisements of international delivery.
