Returns and Exchanges

If you need to return your merchandise for any reason within 30 days, repack the product and all accessories that may have accompanied the original shipment in the original packing materials and enclose a letter of explanation describing the reason for the return.

Returned products without a letter of explanation or missing accessories may not be accepted. Please ship the product to our warehouse via FedEx®, UPS® or insured parcel post.

Unwanted merchandise returned within 30 days from the date of shipment is eligible for a refund. Merchandise must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Original shipping, handling and return postage charges will not be refunded. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or credit.

After 30 days, any defective merchandise will be processed in accordance with the Manufacturer's Warranty.
