The facility boasts a wide range of amenities, including 265 consult rooms, 60 inpatient beds, an activities courtyard, a full-service kitchen, a dining room, and a social activities room equipped with computer education facilities. Additionally, the center offers ample parking space with 800 parking stalls.

The project’s achievement of a two-globe score from the Green Building Initiative’s Green Globes New Construction program highlights its dedication to environmental sustainability. Prosser Inc., a civil engineering firm based in Jacksonville, Florida, contributed their expertise to the project as well.
